The Dining Room welcomes you daily with menus that evolve with the season, inspired by Alberta’s local harvest and regional flavours. Whether you’re joining us for a continental breakfast, a leisurely lunch, or a relaxed dinner with friends, every dish reflects thoughtful craftsmanship and care.

This season in the Dining Room:

  • Continental Breakfast Buffet: Available daily from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM, featuring a curated selection of fresh, locally sourced items.
  • Lunch & Dinner: Alberta-inspired mains such as AAA beef and Arctic Char, with rotating seasonal features that celebrate the best of local ingredients.
  • Desserts: House-made classics, including cheesecakes and bread pudding, crafted in small batches.
