We want every stay and event at The Inn on Officers’ Garden to be seamless. Our guest policies and booking terms are clear, fair, and respectful, covering room reservations and group bookings.
Booking Basics
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee (confirmed on the day of arrival).
A valid credit card and government-issued ID are required at check-in.
Debit cards are accepted. Cash is not.
All reservations during the following periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable:
Third-Party Bookings
If you booked through an OTA (Online Travel Agencies such as Expedia, Booking.com, etc.), changes and cancellations must be made through them directly.
Liability
The Inn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. Please secure personal belongings.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted in guest rooms. Licensed service animals with documentation are welcome.
