A wine dinner series that changes with the month and the menu.
Each edition of our wine dinner series features a four-course menu designed around the wine, not the other way around. Chef Lucas crafts seasonal plates to complement our curated selections from a cellar of over 200 bottles, including exclusive wine not available anywhere else in Alberta. Held in our intimate heritage rooms, these one-night-only experiences invite you to slow down, sip deeply, and savour something rare.
This monthly wine dinner is open to all.

From the Cellar
Each month, we select a wine from our extensive cellar of over 200 bottles, often something rare or exclusive to The Inn. This wine serves as the starting point for our dinner. Chef Lucas crafts a four-course menu designed to complement the wine’s structure, flavour profile, and seasonal ingredients.
We don’t repeat bottles, and we don’t reuse menus. Each dinner is designed for that wine, that moment, and that night only.

Small-production Champagne, perfect for celebration menus
Elegant, expressive, and a spring dinner favourite
